    4. Lease length: 5 year contract, with 1 year minimum and 1 year notice period (i.e. earliest NF can exit lease is at end of Year 2)
  2. Select an interior design company & contractors as soon as commercial terms are agreed in-principle

    1. Option to use Savills own interior design service (free), contractors and furniture suppliers → likely to be fastest option but potentially at a premium cost
    2. Potential for intro to other interior design agencies and contractors via our network in Lisbon → to be further explored and may require us to source our own furniture supplier
